Throughout Colorado and the arid west, water is increasingly a topic of intense conflict. How to resolve that conflict short of litigation is of interest to a broad clientele, from ditch companies and conservancy districts to municipalities and diverse stakeholder groups.

Facilitation of stakeholder meetings to carve out creative solutions to complex conflicts is a specialty. Conflict coaching is offered to assist clients in formulating effective strategies to address conflict, and workshops are conducted to teach effective decision making and conflict resolution techniques specific to water issues.

Mediation of disputes related to water issues is also offered.
