Engineering design and construction documents were provided for lake and liner design, water feature mechanical systems, lake aeration systems, the flood irrigation system, and sprinkler and drip irrigation systems for the new regional park in downtown Phoenix, Arizona

Five water features are included in the park: a replica of a historical irrigation canal flowing into a lake, an amphitheater water wall with bubbler nozzles and weirs, a series of runnels and pools alongside a walking path, an architectural fountain with a large circular pool and bubbler nozzle, and an entry garden feature with multi-level basins and a seep wall.

Each water feature includes an independent mechanical system consisting of pumps, automatic filtration, automatic level controls, piping, control valves, and electrical controls.
