Pelican Lakes at Water Valley is a 122-acre semi-private golf course incorporating numerous lakes and the Cache La Poudre River. Thirteen holes have water on both sides and the course is located in a 100-year flood plain with riparian habitat.

Aqua Engineering, Inc.’s design includes over 1,500 valve-in-head sprinklers, 26 64-station irrigation controllers, and a VFD vertical turbine pump station. The pump station’s intake screen and wet well structures are designed to accommodate a second pump station which will supply irrigation water to the surrounding residential development. Services provided included design, field staking, record drawing development, and control system programming.
