Construction documents of the irrigation and pumping system and water feature mechanical system were prepared for this 4.5 acre expansion. Irrigation system design gave consideration to matching existing irrigation approach, irrigation components and complementing existing site conditions. A new irrigation pumping system was designed to provide water to the expansion area from the existing pond.

The new water feature is a naturalistic stream with a series of water falls that terminates in shallow pond. The water feature is the center piece for a future family estate section. The water feature mechanical system included wier design, stream bed configuration, outlet assembly, inlet assembly and recirculation pump design.
