Aqua Engineering developed construction documents for the replacement of center pivots and the modification of the mainline and lateral distribution systems on the 4,000-acre project owned by the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe.

Following development of a computerized hydraulic model, modifications were also made in the primary distribution system to enable existing booster pumps to be eliminated and for a conversion to low pressure center pivots.
