Engineering design and construction documents were prepared for Gannett-USA Today Corporate Headquarters. Five fully automated water feature mechanical systems were designed which included pumps, automatic timers and electrical controls, water level controls, biological filters, UV sterilizers, and cartridge filters.

Three exterior water features and a lake are included on the site; the Lotus pool with SS candles, the Runnels, and a floating fountain on the lake.

The interior building water features include the “Harp” staircase reflecting pool and the public corridor reflecting pool.
