Irrigation for roadway ROW areas, entry areas, common open space areas, and riparian wash corridors were designed for the 5000-acre development north of Phoenix. The irrigation system includes hard- pipe drip that was designed in accordance to Maricopa County irrigation requirements.

Aqua Engineering, Inc.’s scope of work included master plans for the central control/satellite system and water taps. Irrigation design included drip irrigated native landscaping, spray irrigated annual flowerbeds, and sprinkler irrigated turf areas. Trees, shrubs, and groundcovers are irrigated separately.
